Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered everything I needed, but some areas need improvement. The spacious suite felt like my first apartment, but the outdated furniture and beds need updating. Despite the initial cleanliness issues, the staff promptly addressed them. The service had its ups and downs, and while helpful for my extended stay, some staff members were less friendly or even seemed tired. The location was convenient with stores nearby, but the crowded main road caused noise. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, with a unique outdoor serving experience. The hotel facilities were adequate but could use enhancements.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms facing the pool area with a cozy little courtyard, although the dining options may not fully satisfy. The service was attentive, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The price seemed fair for what was provided.
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave plus free Netflix, were upgraded and clean, they were a bit cramped with too much furniture and had a small bathroom. The service, although very helpful, had some hiccups like our son's credit card being charged instead of just a deposit and laundry being dropped from the second floor right before check-out. The location had its perks being easy to reach and in old Santa Barbara but was not the best. The dining experience, although simple and needing improvement with limited breakfast options, did offer seasonal local products. Overall, the hotel has its charm but has room for improvement.
